Shared room? Accomodation is so cheap here, no need to share a room. Electricity is charge at 10 Baht? Government rate is 4-5 Baht if you pay the bills directly, so they are profiting from it. Some appartment managers do this as well, but 6-8 Baht is what is usually asked. 10 Baht is a bit over the top.

If you have a garden, it makes sense to separate the water supply for gardening as it doesn't need to be filtered. Toilet water same, but the water feed lines might be connected with the rest of the water lines. You can install a filter system to soften the water and filter sediment, so the heater of the washing machine lasts longer. For drinking water I would install a seperate filter with carbon filtration to get any bacteria out. I clean my water tank (above ground) by myself. Stop water feed, let it run almost empty and then open the low point drain. Then I take a mop and wipe the bottom with some water. Rinse and repeat.

Didn't drink any alcohol during a virus infection recently. Had trouble falling asleep or woke up midnight after going to bed too early. Thanks for sharing. I usually did the TM30 by using the phnoe app each time I entered Thailand anyway. Took less than 5 minutes. Now with the new registration system (see the other thread) it is the same. I am doing it with my notebook, don't know if it works with the phone but will try next time.

I put the village name in, such as Central Park 5 or Tropical Village. If you are not in such a village, I suggest you put a name in that describes the property, such as "My house" or "The house at the lake". I don't think it matters what is written, but if you have several properties and tenants, it is the easiest way not to mix up the locations.

Double post

When registering the wife I just selected "House/Condominium" from the pull down menu. No need to fill in any accomodation name at this point. After logging in you can add several accomodations on the profile page (click the sign for a person top right) and then it is possible to give them names, like View Talay 5 or the village name, if it is in a village.

Hopefully they add some tarmac in near future.

They are doing still some minor work on Soi 15, such as cutting expansion joints. 2nd road end of Soi 15 is done as well, but on the beach side there is some work ongoing, so still one lane only at some sections.
