Windy and drop in temperature here compared to the last couple of days which were really nice. -
Learnt to ride at 10 years old, so 45 years ago. Not always had bikes, probably around 25 to 30 years riding.

I try and treat everything with herbal medicine if possible. Only prescription medicine I take is for my blood pressure and bipolar.

It was a saag tofu which I added some mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Fills it out but with low calories.
