@Painter I thought you might need a fix of Avenue pics, so this is for you! 🙂

This is on the right hand side after entering from Soi 15, where I recall no activity in the past. Some new stalls are starting up - maybe a triple one:

A new banner was being erected outside the Soi 15 entrance this afternoon which, I suspect, is related to the stalls that were being constructed just inside:

This has turned out to be a triple stall - a Japanese restaurant:

Rich Bar opposite treetown has shut and it has been around for quite awhile and another Family mart on Boukow shut as well. Welcome to low season

Shit, always liked Rich bar, staff were great- they used to sit on the corner table with their bottles, always happy to rustle up some grub after hours on the stagger back to hotel. Such is life.😢😷

News reaches me of a major problem in a very famous restaurant group.
Major shareholder resold shares, all gone tits up and heading for the airport, shareholders and debtors in pursuit.
Welcome to Pattaya.

Since it has been reported over social media, the resturant group I was referring to is Robin Hood.
“Shareholders” are owed money and the original owner is owed money as well.
Look out for changes at Cheap Charlie’s and Robin Hood. The Hood has already been sold, or rather repossessed, but still remains open.

RH Tavern has been taking, quite justifiably, a lot of flak on FB for lousy service - so no great surprise.

What other places are in the group?

So someone has taken from the ... and given to the ...?

Was it Denis Moore?

Pink Fanny bar soi lengkee. Closed and lights out

No wonder, the only pink fanny I seen in Asia was the Wife of a Hells Angel in Cambodia. Anyhow, moving swiftly on. Some things are better kept buried.
