Thanks!

Proceed with caution Mr. Dangle, i've heard there are some places of ill repute in that area........

I only visit that side street for the new veggie garden centre ....

IIRC, There was a news item about the farm. The farm was started by a taxi driver to earn money during the pandemic. From the continued expansion of the farm I'd say he's done quite well. Good on him.

Pictures from July 2020 when he first opened. If I'm not too hungover tomorrow I'll take a few pics of what the farm looks like now.

Noticed that too. They've been working on clearing it for a couple of weeks now.

I was off home for a bit and not been walking much since I got back so that's my excuse for not noticing.  The fact I can see it from my balcony is irrelevant. 😉

Anyway here's some pics from when I got caught out in the rain this morning.

First from across the road from M Club entrance.

Second from the same place but looking over towards the entrance from Third Road by the changing rooms.

Third from the Third Road side.  It's not earth they're dumping as I'd thought but something more substantial, whatever that indicates.

They have marked off sections with white paint or chalk and looks like the size of market stalls

Perhaps somebody read my idea of creating an "allotment" for people to rent and grow their own stuff "UK Style" ......  i.e. each has a covered area to sit drinking beer chatting to your mates whilst watching their plants grow.

The football pitch site ongoing:

Both pics from the opening off Third Road.  Fencing completed round the rest of the site and the inside of the fence painted.  The piles of smallish stones have been spread out and a roller has been crunching over them, so whatever is going in here can't be too substantial if that's the base.

On this morning's walk I noticed that the demolition/building site at the junction of Pattaya Tai and Sukhumvit road has now broken through to the slip road, knocking down everything that gets in its way!

Is it gonna be a condo, shopping centre, hotel, a replacement Batman nightclub, Monorail terminus or Casino...????

I can see this as a perfect start to finish project for @forcebwithu to do a pictorial report on !

This strip of land just down from the gentleman's clubs Club 4 Pirates Etc it has been confirmed is going to be a large market area the gentleman I talk to Said food and miscellaneous items will be available. They were working at a pretty good Pace until the rain hit 15 minutes ago everyone ran for cover.

Noticed this hole the other night while riding by. No streetlights in the area, and no barriers to keep the unwary from falling in. An accident waiting to happen.

The area is just past the Full Love Inn strip of GC's and across from Nirun.

That area has received quite a lot of investment over the last 5 years or so..

.Hopefully Arunothai will start to recover and improve but still keep the school. It did really well with my daughter.

Saw some activity there a couple of days ago.  Is anything going to be done with the aeroplane?

Supposed to be a restaurant surrounded by lots of other smaller stuff.  There was a site map going about and it showed over 100 other plots IIRC, but I don't recall the structure pictured being on the map so something may have changed.

I dread long flights in planes just like this one.....Pay to eat a meal in a plane? You must be joking....Would any international tourist be interested in this?

Either finish building the stupid restaurant or get rid of the plane...
