Nice fire place. Makes me wish for colder weather.

The Inn is stunning inside although the waitress tells me it is more of a restaurant. The owner must be minted, nice place.

Not cheap either, fish and chips will set you back £16 and rump steak or fillet steak is £25 or £28 respectively.

This is expensive for Wales.

Drinking a pint of Drummer Boy at the Pen Y Cae Inn within the Brecon Beacons.

The beer is from the Grey Trees Brewery in Aberdare.

The beer was produced as a tribute to the drummer of the Stereophonics who sadly died years ago.

Oh how our lives intertwine.

The Brecons must be full of military training personnel nowadays compared to the 70s. I was the youngest soldier to get an "A" on a "Junior Brecon"...You can spot me by my wobbly stomach and sagging tits as I walk down Soi Buakhao.
