Thanks. Makes sense they'd just rip out the wood bits and leave the concrete base. I haven't been down to the marina for awhile so diverted my morning bike ride to have a look for myself. For those that might not remember, the before pic. This morning they were removing more bits and pieces of the decaying marina. Was chatting the other day to a local and unless they raise the rd down by Soi Buakhao, those pipe will just slow the flooding of Soi 21 a tad till the new pipes fill up......the draining of Soi Buakhao is the problem in that area..... I enjoy a meal at Nida, the restaurant on the left, a couple times a week. Good Thai food at reasonable prices. Entering from Sai 3....looking to Soi Buakhao.... looking back to Sai 3.... And this big boy still to come out and play..... Later on entering from Soi Buakhao....... Stringing the Chinese New Year thing out a bit.... A tad more beach washout.....Central area, has anyone looked up by Soi 6....lol... Now if you were on another forum you would normally have an assistant to point these areas out.... Some strange seeds must have been washed down from Sai2 the other day with the showers...Please don't ask me what the Ladyboy was doing....
